Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on October 23, 2023, found that Useful Piece ' s Support Services, LLC, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an off-site state re-licensure survey completed on August 3, 2023.
